All Jewelry orders are subject to a shipping, handling & insurance fee of $11.00 (within the United States) and will ship UPS ground or USPS. Orders usually go out within 3 days of purchase, unless special custom creating is required. 2-3 weeks could be possible for custom orders. We offer FREE shipping and full insurance on all jewelry orders within the United States over $200.
Each piece of Karen's Eggtooth Originals is created when we receive your order. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. If quicker turnaround is required we will do our best to meet your request; email rush-order inquiries. UPS Next Day Air is available for $30 upon request. You will be notified by email when the order is sent. Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, you may return it in resaleable condition within 14 days. You will be refunded the cost of the book or jewelry piece, less 20% handling fees, unless the error is ours, in which case you will receive full refund. |
