1.  What is the present moment?

          Whenever you are focused on whatever is present with you right now, such as your breath, a plant, cloud, r person; you are fully focused in the power of now, the present moment.

2.  How do I know when I'm not present?

          If you are engaged in memories of the past, however interesting or traumatic, you are not present.  If you are concerned or dread something in the future, you are not present.  "Mind wandering" is a good example of being elsewhere.

2. What's wrong with mind wandering?

         If your eyes are directed toward a visual image, and your thinking is elsewhere, there is conflict in your body-mind.  Conflict creates stress, and eysight deteriorates.  Every person who needs corrective lens has a habit of staring, or mind wandering.

4.  How do I make an appointment for personal coaching or bodywork with Rev. Eleanor Richard?

          First Email to set an appointment.  You can come to Mt. Shasta for personal coaching and bodywork, or you can set an appointment for counseling by phone, in the chat room, or by Email.  The choice is yours.

5.  How much does an appointment with Rev. Eleanor Richard cost?

          For a half hour session, $30.  For an hour, $50.  A one time, 15 minute free consultation is provided for you.

6. If we wanted to come to Mt. Shasta, Ca. for our wedding ceremony, how much would Rev. Eleanor Richard charge?

          Whatever you graciously give as an investment in your marriage comes back to you ten-fold.  Choosing the amount of your gratuity is your decision.
