Lomi bodywork creates a safe place for clients to discover their chronic holding patterns that block the natural flow of energy.  Together we explore these, using touch, awareness and breath to facilitate optimum wellness.  Each person is different, so responding authentically varies widely in the present moment.  There is no “right” answer or result—only what is best for that body-mind in the moment. There is no agenda or plan, only great interest in what happens in each moment.In a series of sessions, powerful changes occur, as re-education allows the client to spiritually awaken to their highest potential. 

This unfolding of personal and authentic integrity allows more choices in life, free of anxiety and/or pain.
